Every order is prepared with creativity, care, and attention to detail. Please review the following policies before placing your order.

📦 Processing & Shipping

Most items at Panda's Creations are made to order, meaning they are prepared especially for you after your purchase.

Our standard processing times are:

• Clothing, bags, and hats: 3–5 business days

• Handmade jewelry: 7–10 business days

• Other products and custom creations: Processing times will be specified in the individual product listing.

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Shipping Destinations

Panda's Creations currently ships website orders within the United States only.

International orders are not available through our website at this time.

Shipping Delays

While every effort is made to prepare and ship orders within the stated processing times, unexpected delays can occasionally occur.

If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with updated information and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Once an order is in transit, carrier delivery times may vary.

🎨 Custom & Personalized Orders

We love creating something special just for you!

Custom and personalized items may include special artwork, names, colors, designs, or other requested details.

Please review all customization information carefully before placing your order.

For custom designs, we may contact you to confirm important details before beginning production.

Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges when delivered as ordered.

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

💕 Returns & Exchanges

Many of our products are made to order or individually handmade.

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order, custom, or personalized items.

Please review product descriptions, measurements, color options, and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Any returns or exchanges that are accepted outside these circumstances must be authorized before an item is sent back.

❌ Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests may be accommodated if production has not yet begun.

Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted for made-to-order or personalized products.

If we are unable to fulfill an order or cannot meet a promised shipping timeframe, cancellation and refund rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.

🚚 Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed or missing, please contact us.

We may ask you to verify the shipping address and check with the carrier while we investigate.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
